Elállási jog 5.1 Elállási jog gyakorlásának menete Ha a Fogyasztó elállási jogával élni kíván, elállási szándékát tartalmazó egyértelmű nyilatkozatát köteles eljuttatni 30 napon belül (például postán vagy elektronikus úton küldött levél útján) a jelen ÁSZF-ben feltüntetett elérhetőségek igénybevételével a Szolgáltató részére. Fogyasztó határidőben gyakorolja elállási jogát, ha a fent megjelölt határidő lejárta előtt elküldi elállási nyilatkozatát a Szolgáltató részére. Postai úton történő jelzés alkalmával a postára adás dátumát, e-mail-en keresztül történő értesítés esetén az e-mail küldésének idejét veszi figyelembe Szolgáltató a határidő számítás szempontjából. Fogyasztó elállás esetén köteles a megrendelt terméket a Szolgáltató feltüntetett címére indokolatlan késedelem nélkül, de legkésőbb elállási nyilatkozatának közlésétől számított 14 napon belül visszaküldeni. A határidő betartottnak minősül, ha Fogyasztó a 14 napos határidő letelte előtt elküldi (postára adja vagy az általa megrendelt futárnak átadja) a terméket. A termék Szolgáltató címére történő visszaküldésének költsége Fogyasztót terheli. Szolgáltatónak az utánvéttel visszaküldött csomagot nem áll módjában átvenni. A termék visszaküldésének költségén kívül az elállás kapcsán a Fogyasztót semmilyen más költség nem terheli. Ha Fogyasztó eláll a szerződéstől, haladéktalanul, de legkésőbb a Fogyasztó elállási nyilatkozatának kézhezvételétől számított 14 napon belül Szolgáltató visszatéríti a Fogyasztó által teljesített valamennyi ellenszolgáltatást, ideértve a fuvarozási (kiszállításért fizetett) költséget is, kivéve azokat a többletköltségeket, amelyek amiatt merültek fel, hogy Fogyasztó a Szolgáltató által felkínált, legolcsóbb szokásos fuvarozási módtól eltérő fuvarozási módot választott. Szolgáltató jogosult a visszatérítést mindaddig visszatartani, amíg vissza nem kapta a terméket, vagy Fogyasztó nem igazolta hitelt érdemlően, hogy azt visszaküldte: a kettő közül Szolgáltató a korábbi időpontot veszi figyelembe. Right of withdrawal
5.1 Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
If the Consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must send a clear statement of his intention to withdraw to the Service Provider within 30 days (for example, by post or electronic mail) using the contact details provided in these GTC.
The Consumer exercises his right of withdrawal within the deadline if he sends his declaration of withdrawal to the Service Provider before the expiry of the deadline specified above.
The Service Provider shall immediately confirm receipt of the Consumer's declaration of withdrawal by e-mail. In the event of a written withdrawal, it shall be deemed to have been validated within the deadline if the Consumer sends his declaration to the Service Provider within 30 calendar days (even on the 30th calendar day).
In the event of notification by post, the Service Provider takes into account the date of posting, and in the event of notification by e-mail, the time of sending the e-mail, for the purpose of calculating the deadline. In the event of withdrawal, the Consumer is obliged to return the ordered product to the address indicated by the Service Provider without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification of his/her withdrawal.
The deadline is considered to have been met if the Consumer sends the product (sends it by post or hands it over to the courier ordered by the Consumer) before the 14-day deadline. The Consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to the Service Provider's address. The Service Provider is not able to receive the package returned by cash on delivery.
Apart from the cost of returning the product, the Consumer shall not be charged any other costs in connection with the withdrawal. If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, the Service Provider shall immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the Consumer's declaration of withdrawal, refund all payments made by the Consumer, including the cost of transportation (paid for delivery), except for additional costs incurred due to the Consumer choosing a method of transportation other than the cheapest standard method of transportation offered by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is entitled to withhold the refund until the product has been returned or the Consumer has provided credible proof that it has been returned: of the two, the Service Provider will take into account the earlier date. During the refund, the Service Provider will use the payment method agreed with the Consumer.
The Consumer can only be held liable for the depreciation of the product if it has occurred due to use exceeding the use necessary to establish the nature, properties and operation of the product. In which cases the Consumer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal: In the case of a non-prefabricated product that was produced by the Service Provider based on the Consumer's instructions or at the express request of the Consumer, or in the case of a product that was clearly tailored to the User.

### **Viewing the Website Content and Placing Orders**
Registration is not mandatory to view the content of the Website or to place an order on the Website. Users can register by clicking on the "Registration" button located in the upper right corner of the Website and filling out the registration form accordingly. The following information must be provided to the Service Provider during registration:

The Service Provider will notify Users of successful registration via email, which will include a summary of the information provided during registration. Upon successful registration, Users are automatically subscribed to the Service Provider’s newsletter.
Users have the right to delete their registration at any time by sending an email to **info@iprestige.hu**. Upon receiving the request, the Service Provider is obligated to promptly delete the registration. User data will be immediately removed from the system following deletion; however, this does not affect data and documents related to previously placed orders, which will be retained. Once deleted, data cannot be restored.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their access credentials (especially passwords) confidential. If a User becomes aware that an unauthorized third party has gained access to their password provided during registration, they must change their password immediately. If misuse of the password by a third party is suspected, they must also notify the Service Provider promptly.
Users agree to update their personal information as necessary to ensure it remains current, complete, and accurate.

### **Placing Orders**
Registration is not mandatory for viewing content or placing orders on the Website; therefore, Users can place orders for products advertised for sale on the Website at any time without registering. Users can browse and select products categorized on the Website. Clicking on a category name displays a list of products within that category. If all products within a category do not fit on one page, navigation is possible using numbers above and below the product list.
Users can search for products by name or type using the "Quick Search" field. If a product matches their search criteria, it will be displayed by the system.
Search results display products similarly to categories. Navigation is possible if multiple results are found, and detailed product information can also be viewed. Users can learn about product details, prices, and other selectable features by clicking on the product name or image.
To select a product for purchase and add it to their cart, Users can click on the "Add to Cart" button located on the product detail page. Warranty
Warranty for Defects
In the event of defective performance by the Service Provider, the User may enforce a warranty claim against the Service Provider.
In consumer contracts, the User may enforce their warranty claims within a limitation period of **2 years** from the date of receipt for defects that existed at the time of delivery. Beyond the two-year limitation period, the User can no longer enforce their warranty rights. For contracts not concluded with consumers, the entitled party may enforce warranty claims within a limitation period of **1 year** from the date of receipt.
The User may choose to request **repair or replacement**, unless fulfilling the chosen claim is impossible or would result in disproportionate additional costs for the Service Provider compared to other available claims. If repair or replacement is not requested or cannot be requested by the User, they may demand a **proportional reduction in price**, or they may repair the defect themselves at the Service Provider’s expense or have it repaired by someone else. As a last resort, the User may also withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal is not applicable in cases of insignificant defects.
The User may switch from their chosen warranty claim to another; however, they must bear the cost of switching unless it was justified or prompted by the Service Provider.
The User is required to notify the Service Provider of the defect immediately upon discovery and no later than **two months** after discovering it. The User may enforce their warranty claim directly against the Service Provider.
Within **six months** of performance, enforcing a warranty claim does not require any conditions beyond notifying the defect if the User proves that they purchased the product from the Service Provider (by presenting an invoice or a copy of it). In such cases, the Service Provider can only be exempted from liability if they rebut this presumption by proving that the defect occurred after delivery to the User. If the Service Provider can prove that the defect arose due to reasons attributable to the User, they are not obligated to fulfill the warranty claim.
After six months from performance, however, it is up to the User to prove that the defect they identified already existed at the time of delivery.
If the User enforces their warranty claim concerning a separable part of a product based on a specific defect, their warranty claim will not be considered enforced for other parts of the product.

### **Product Warranty (Termékszavatosság)**
In case of defects in a product (movable property), a consumer purchaser may—at their discretion—enforce either a **warranty for defects** as described above or a **product warranty claim**. However, Users are not entitled to enforce both warranty for defects and product warranty claims simultaneously for the same defect. If a product warranty claim is successfully enforced, Users may enforce their warranty rights concerning replaced products or repaired parts against the manufacturer.
Under product warranty claims, Users can only request **repair or replacement** of defective products. The burden of proving that a product is defective lies with Users when enforcing product warranty claims.
A product is considered defective if it does not meet quality requirements effective at its time of sale or if it lacks properties described in its manufacturer-provided documentation.
Users may enforce their product warranty claims within **two years** from when the manufacturer places the product on sale. After this period, this right expires. Users must notify manufacturers promptly upon discovering defects. Defects reported within two months of discovery are considered promptly reported. Consumers are responsible for damages resulting from delayed reporting.
Users may enforce product warranty claims against either:
- The manufacturer
- The distributor (Service Provider)
The manufacturer/distributor is only exempted from product warranty obligations if they can prove that:
1. The product was not manufactured or distributed within their business activities;
2. The defect was not detectable based on scientific and technical knowledge at its time of sale;
3. The defect resulted from compliance with legal requirements or mandatory authority regulations.
The manufacturer/distributor only needs to prove one reason to be exempted.

Az Általános Szerződési Feltételek egyoldalú módosítása Szolgáltató jogosult jelen Általános Szerződési Feltételeket a Felhasználók Honlapon történő előzetes tájékoztatása mellett, egyoldalúan is módosítani. A módosított rendelkezések a hatályba lépést követően a Honlap első használata alkalmával válnak hatályossá Felhasználóval szemben, azokat a módosítást követően leadott megrendelésekre kell alkalmazni. 9.Tulajdonjog fenntartása A vételár teljes kifizetéséig a termék a Szolgáltató tulajdonában marad. Ha a termék a vételár teljes kifizetését megelőzően mégis – bármely okból – a Felhasználó birtokába kerül, felelősséggel tartozik a Szolgáltató irányába mindazon károk tekintetében, amelyek megtérítésére senkit nem lehet kötelezni. 10. Technikai korlátok A honlapon történő vásárlás feltételezi a Felhasználó részéről az Internet lehetőségeinek és korlátainak ismeretét és elfogadását, különös tekintettel a technikai teljesítményekre és a felmerülő hibákra. A Szolgáltatót nem terheli felelősség, ha bármilyen működési hiba észlelhető az internetes hálózatban, ami megakadályozza a honlap működését és a vásárlást. 11. ÁSZF, árak módosítása A Szolgáltató jelen ÁSZF-et, a honlapon forgalmazott termékek árait és egyéb feltüntetett árakat, nem visszamenőleges hatállyal, bármikor módosíthatja, a módosítás a honlapon történő közzétételt követően lép életbe, és csak az életbe lépést követő tranzakciókra érvényes. A honlapon feltüntetett árak bruttó, ÁFA mentes árak.
